Peaceful

Peaceful

Lives: As we exercise, we decrease the stress that is held in our bodies and mind. This is a proven fact. We are then better able to handle all of the obstacles that come at us during the day – from work, to relationships to children and family. As our muscles are fatigued and our cardiovascular system is challenged, our mind works through issues that are bothering us – places where we are stuck. We have wonderful “aha” moments that might only otherwise come from a long meditation. Our bodies are made to move daily. You will find that when you exercise, your bodily systems become more efficient. You can be the peace and stillness within the storm – and be more the observer than the reactor throughout the day.

Spirits: Doing energy work includes doing personal work – facing and identifying the fears in your life that currently, unconsciously run your life. By reducing fear and identifying negative patterns, you begin to see that you have choices. You are not a robot – you can change anything you wish in your life. By creating more choices for yourself, you create less anxiety and more peace. A peaceful spirit is one that is compassionate and loving toward oneself. A peaceful spirit is one that makes a mistake, and then cleans up the mess. A peaceful spirit lives through its heart – using integrity, honor, kindness, gentleness, strength, and love with ourselves and all that we meet.
